H. Bennett, C. A. Gaston, H. P. Kamper, W. 0. Keeble and J. 0. Stimpson. The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved. Keeble that the Town approve an application of Post 99 American Legion for permit to dispense alcoholic beverages in their Club Room in Fairhope. Motion carried. Potion by Councilman H. P. Kamper seconded by .Councilman J. 0. Stimpson that the application of Acord and Kahalley for concession at beach be allowed. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman C. A. Gaston seconded by Councilman J. H. Bennett that the Mayor be authorized to enter into temporary agreement with Riveria Utilities for 'lectric service. .Motion carried.
