COUNTY OF BALDWIN
The Town Council of the Town of Fairhope met in
regular session at the Town Hall Tuesday January
89 1946 at 7:30 P.M. with the following members
present: Howard Ruge, Mayor, Councilmen: J. H.
Bennett, C. A. Gaston, H. P. Kamper, W. 0. Keeble
and J. 0. Stimpson.
The minutes of the previous regular meeting were
approved as read.

Motion by Councilman H. P. Kamper seconded by
Councilman J. 0. Stimpson that application of A. 0.
Berglin for building permit for addition to Creamery
be allowed. Motion carried.
Motion by Councilman C. A. Gaston seconded by
Councilman J. H. Bennett that application of Phil
Brady for building permit on Lot 7 Blk 5 Div. 4
be allowed. Motion carried

1945, and carried over to this meeting for final
consideration, notice of the pendency of•such
ordinance and that the Council would hear and
consider objections thereto at this meeting having
