Council VThich -Plight prevent i2uilediate consideration and final
passage of Ord. #167 be suspended. The :question was put upon
the adoption of said Or..-Iinance and suspension of said rules
and regulations and the roll was called with the following re-
sults:
Voting Aye; Howard Ruge, liayor, Councilmen . 0. Berglin,
Sam Dyson, C. A. Gaston, H. P. hamper and of . 0. :iti)mson.

Thereupon, the -ayor declared the motion carried.

TCTION I: It shall be unlati,ful for any person or. persons
to congregate on the streets or side-al?rs within the Town of
Fair}lope or `,7ithin the Police jurisdiction thereof so as to o-o-
struct the use of the same.
S �CTIC 1- II: Any person convicted of violating this ordinance
shall be fined not less than "31.00 nor more than ''")'25.00 and may
also be sentenced to hard labor for the Town for not r_,iore than 30
days.

Councilman J. 0. ;tirnpson moved that tyre said Ordinance �e finally
passed and adopted, as introduced. Councilman 't."i. 0. 3erglin
seconded the motion.
The question being put upon t_ie final passage an,l adoption of the
said ordinance, the roll was called with the folloilAng results:
Voting Ayeo Howard. Ruge, 11ayor, Councilx:len 0. 3ergrlin,
Sam Dyson, A. Gaston, j.. P. i�aznper and 0. ti roson.
Voting 'Tay: one.
T'-:e I a ,=or thereupon declared t'ae said motion carried and t1ie
ordinance finally passed and adoreted and signed same in an �roval
thereof.
It was moved by Councilman 0. 3erglin and seconded by Council-
man A. Gaston that building applic..tion of Phil BrRdy to
construct canoT)y in front of store be allowed. i_'otion carried.
It w,is duly moved and seconded that the meeting adjourn. _otion
carried.
