Berglin, Sam Dyson, H.P. Ka.mper, C.A. Gaston and J.O. Stimpson, the same constituting the full membership of the Town Council. Water 3,00 It was moved by Councilman Sam Myson and seconded by Councilman M.O. Berglin that a building permit be issued to G.C. Baldwin and Brad Niemeyer as per request by Forster & Son and plans and specifications on file in the Town office. Motion carried. I.t was moved by Councilman M.O. Berglin and seconded by Councilman H.P. Kamper that the report and recomm- endation of the committee on a easement at the foot of Magnolia Ave. be accepted. Motion carried. Councilman G.A. Gaston, Chariman of the committee com- posed of himself and Councilman Dyson and Stimpson, directed to consider request for reduction of the ind- ustrial rates for electric service, reporting for the committee recommended that demand meters be installed and that the superintendents of the generating and line divisions be asked to furnish data on the costs in their departments of supplying the service, together with rec- ommendations based on the study of the customers load and demand necessary for proper treatment of the complaints. It was further recommended that the customers be notified that any reductions made will be retroactive to include bills for currect used during August, 1939 It was moved by Councilman C.A. Gaston and seconded by Councilman H.P. Ka.mper that the rates for residential electric service, as addpted August 10, 1936 and amend- ed July 14, 1937, be further amended by the cancellation of that portion of the schedule identified as "'Immediate Rate", and that* beginning tith the bills for current used during the month of September 1939, all bills for residential service, except otherwise provided, shall Councilman figured on the "Objective Rate" schedule, hereafter to be the residential service rate. Motion carried. It was duly moved and seconded that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried.
