Gaston, W. 0. Keeble, T. J. Klumpp and J. 0. Stimpson, Councilmen. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved. Gaston, who moved its adoption; the same being attad at length, the motion of adoption was seconded by Councilman J. 0. Stimpson and the same being put upon its passage was unaninously adopted: BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Fairhope as rolloss: Having recti.ved written authorization from the Inspection Division of Public drorks Administration and alo from J. B. Converse & ao., Engineers for the 'rown of -vairhope, acceptin;; the reservoir job constructed by J. B. McCrary & Co. through their sub -contractor, 111. Dyson & Co., the Town hereby accepts the reservoir az being completeuand authorizes payment i.n full to Contractor, J. B. McCrary & Co, such b.attagntbeing taken with the under- standing that the Town of r'airhope agrees to do such work on reservoir as is necessary to make same acceptable to the Public Works Administration as outtined in letter from Jar. Darden, Public Works Administration Inspect- or as of Lecember 5, 1935- bleeting adjourned to meet ff Clerk
