AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SUBDIV„ION A OF SECTION 40
y_1. OF THE MUNICIPIM ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF Men
HOPE.
BE IT ORDAIN by the TQwn Council of the Town of Fairhope
that
subdivision A. of Section 40 of the Municipal Ordinance of
the sown
of Fairhope be ar* im hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 40 Subdivision A. All dogs owned and kept within the
own of b'airhope and alk dogs brought or permitted to come, stray
or be within the Town of wairhope shall wear a dollar to which

shall be attached a numbered tang issued by the Town Clerk in the
manner and under the conditions prescribed by this section and
each subdivision thereof.

Any ordinance or part of ordinance in conflict with this

amendment is hereby repealed.
This +amendment to be effective immediately upon its passage..
it was moved by Councilman M. 0 Berglin and seconded by Councilman
J. 0 utimpson that amendment bit finally passed and adopted as read.
